Live xxl platinum blonde?

Okay so I have light baby/ash blonde hair and I want to dye my hair really light blonde and I know that live xxl hairdyes are the best for dramatic hair. But I've heard it can leave you with yellow tints? If i bout a few toners and used these a few times after using the xxl platinum blonde hair dye would it eventually be really light/white blonde?
