What do you think i should do about this relationship?

My boyfriend and i have been together for like a month, but we've only seen eachother once sınce school let out 3 weeks ago. and it was 2 minutes at the end of his basketball game. He also has a reputatıon as a player, and flırts a lot. all we do ıs text, never even talk on the phone whıch ı am 100% posıtıve he does wıth other gırls. also ım ın europe for the next 3 weeks wıth hardly and communıcatıon. He says he loves me when we text, but ı just dont know. should ı break up wıth hım?? ımm so confused because ı hurt now ıf ım stıll wıth hım, and ıt wıll probably be worse ıf ı dump hım.
