All of a sudden oily face!?

I started using proactiv few months I had to stop bc it made my face extremely dry. I was using a combination of things from the doctor until just last week my face has become extremely oily! ive tried toner, didn't work, oily skin washes, didn't work. im so confused! helpppp! lol (:
