One Algebra problem please help?

Okay well, assuming that the 95 foot is not the zero level, than c is obviously 95. Also if v would represent velocity than than v would be 119. If both of these assumption are wrong, than well your left with 2 unknown variables in the quadratic equation. If only c is right, than v = -95+16t/t. As for the second question, just factor that equation out and find the times that hit the ground and exclude negative time. Or use a derivative or whatever, just solve for 0 after.
