What's the best all-in-one printer? Criteria below?

HP is probably your best bet since they actively support Linux. I have an HP Officejet J3600 and I love it. It's fast, high quality, and it works perfectly in Linux. It only cost me $99 and the ink is only $30 for a package of 1 color and 1 black.
