What should i do with my hair and eyebrows?! please help!?

my hair is really blonde right now. my roots arejust growingout and its time to dye it again. i plan on bleacing it blonde as usual maybe for a little longer and use a toner this time. but i want to do something different also. i was thinking black extensions or black and blond extensions or just blonde extension. i want longer hair cause mine isnt that long. this is what it looks like right now on the usual. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/215/25075420610976538791437.jpg/ im open to other ideas also.and what should i do withmy eyebrows?! dye them? pluck them super thin or just leave them. i feel like they dont match?
